Haircuts!

My girls love getting their haircut. We go to Evans college and they enjoy everything about it. McKenna likes to pretend she doesn't, but she really does. They wash their hair, cut it and style it and they enjoy the experience. Our appointments were for Friday and they were excited. Kylie sat on a different row then me, but I sat next to McKenna and it was funny to hear her tell the girl exactly what she wanted. She likes her hair long (but when I comb it she hates having long hair), she likes it straight - not curled. Not a lot you can do with those instructions. I thought the girl doing McKenna's hair did a great job and she looked so much older to me all of the sudden. I had to take pictures so I could try and re-create it at some point. Kylie's hair turned out alright too. Not my favorite, but Kylie of course loved it. They curled the ends and put a flower in it so she felt great. Mine on the other hand - a lot shorter than I wanted. The girl cutting mine finished cutting it and had the instructor come over to look at it. The instructor said it was quite uneven and re-cut my hair. I am getting used to it. It will be fine and if I want to grow it out again, I can. Anyway, enjoy the pictures. I don't think they even look like my little girls anymore! Or at least not like little toddlers that I will always remember.
